Pinnaya Child Safety Standards (CSAE and CSAM)

Last updated: January 3, 2026

Zero Tolerance Policy

Pinnaya is committed to keeping our platform safe and to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation. We have zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) anywhere on our services, including profiles, photos, messages, and any other user generated content.

This page is our publicly accessible CSAE standards resource for Pinnaya (the app as listed on Google Play).

1) Scope

These standards apply to:

  • All Pinnaya users and all content created, uploaded, shared, or transmitted on Pinnaya.
  • All communication features, including any chat or messaging.
  • Any attempt to use Pinnaya to find, contact, groom, exploit, or traffic a minor.

Pinnaya is intended for adults. Users must be 18+.

2) Definitions

Child or minor

A child or minor means any person under 18 years of age.

CSAE

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) refers to content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Examples include grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextortion of a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child.

CSAM

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is illegal and includes any visual depiction (including photos, videos, and computer generated imagery) involving a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

3) Prohibited content and behavior

You may not use Pinnaya to create, upload, share, request, store, promote, or distribute any CSAE or CSAM. This includes (not exhaustive):

  • Any sexual content involving a minor, or content that sexualizes minors.
  • Grooming, coercion, manipulation, or attempts to build trust with a minor for sexual purposes.
  • Sexual extortion (sextortion) involving a minor.
  • Solicitation, facilitation, or advertising of a minor for sexual services, or any form of trafficking.
  • Requests for sexual images of a minor, or "age play" involving minors.
  • Links, instructions, or coordination that enable CSAE or CSAM.

4) Prevention and safety measures

We use a combination of product controls, proactive detection, and human review to prevent and address CSAE and CSAM, which may include:

  • Age gating (18+) and account controls intended to restrict underage access.
  • Identity and profile verification measures designed to reduce impersonation and repeat abuse.
  • In-app reporting tools that allow users to quickly report concerns.
  • Moderation workflows to review reports and take action.
  • Proactive detection techniques (for example, signals, classifiers, or other automated systems) to identify suspected violations.
  • Repeat offender prevention measures, which may include device, account, and identity signals, consistent with applicable law.

No safety system is perfect, but we continuously improve our safeguards.

5) How to report child safety concerns

Report inside the app

You can report from:

  • A profile, a message thread, or a piece of content, by tapping Report and selecting the most relevant reason, including child safety related categories where available.

Report to Pinnaya directly

If you cannot report in app, contact us:

If someone is in immediate danger

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services right away.

6) What happens after a report

We review reports and may take actions including:

  • Removing content.
  • Restricting features (for example, messaging limitations).
  • Suspending or permanently banning accounts.
  • Preserving relevant account and content records when required or permitted by law.
  • Escalating to our Trust and Safety team for urgent handling.

7) Reporting to authorities and legal compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and maintain procedures to report confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities, as required by law and based on jurisdiction.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include reporting to:

We also cooperate with valid legal requests, consistent with applicable law and user safety.
