- If we can't find suitable matches in your area within 60 days, we'll work with you to pause your billing
- You keep access to events and community features while paused - stay connected and grow
- We aim to resume only when we have quality matches for you
Note: This policy applies to areas where we have fewer than 50 active members. In major metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad), we typically have matches available within your first week, depending on your specific preferences and criteria.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. If you find someone - whether through Pinnaya or elsewhere - you're welcome to join our couples' community at a discounted rate to continue growing together.
What's your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time members if you're not satisfied. We'll also refund your payment in full if you're unable to complete verification or don't meet our community standards. For ongoing members, we don't offer refunds for partial months, but you can cancel anytime.
What happens if there aren't enough matches in my city?
If we can't provide suitable matches in your area within 60 days, we automatically pause your billing. You'll retain access to community events and features while paused. We'll notify you when we have potential matches, and you can choose when to resume your subscription.
How do I know if Pinnaya is active in my city?
We're currently active in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad with 50+ verified members in each city. For other cities, you can join our waitlist for founding member pricing when we launch. We'll be transparent about member density in your area during your profile review.
Is there a commitment period?
No long-term commitment required. All plans are month-to-month with the flexibility to cancel, pause, or change plans anytime. We believe in earning your trust every month, not locking you in.
